The Night Before the Night Before Christmas

Hey guys, Merry Christmas Eve Eve! No article tonight, but I wrote a poem to get you thinking about the true meaning of Christmas. Enjoy :)

It was the night before the night before Christmas
And all through the stores
All the slackers were shopping
For the gifts their kids asked for
WalMart was packed
Target was a mess
Every place that they went
Gave them more and more stress
The best deals were sold out
The TV’s missing too
“Should have shopped on Black Friday”
Were the thoughts of a few
Two fathers were betting
Pitting son against son
To see who would come out
With the last Xbox One
So much hustle and bustle
Not using brains over braun
There would be far less blood
If they had just used Amazon
But maybe that’s what Christmas is about
Who cares what is “right”
Merry Christmas to all
And to all a good fight
